We helped guide Roy through a difficult short sale with two very uncooperative lenders who constantly lost the documentation, refused to acknowledge a valid price, would foreclose rather than wait 14 days to fund a loan and finally declined to accept an all cash offer even though all the funds were in Escrow.  BUT WE PREVAILED, and got Roy his short sale.
